Refund Policy

At Birks Outdoor Design, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the custom nature of outdoor landscaping and construction services, the following refund terms apply:

1. Deposits

• Deposits are required to secure project scheduling.

• Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or project planning has begun.

2. Project Cancellations

• Cancellations made before material purchase may be eligible for partial refund, minus administrative costs.

• Cancellations after project start are non-refundable.

3. Service Concerns

If you are not satisfied with completed work:

• Please notify us within 7 days of project completion.

• We will inspect and address workmanship concerns promptly.

4. Warranty

We may provide limited workmanship warranties depending on the scope of work. Warranty details will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
